Dr. David Barnett ,founder and CEO, has been a leader in the study of individual productivity and career development since 1993. His early work was in association with behavioral psychologists Dudley Goodson with whom he co-authored the 1995 edition of Earning What You're Worth? The Psychology of Sales Call Reluctance . He later broke with Dudley Goodson's assumption that social phobias are the root cause of productivity problems in salespeople and became a pioneer of the positive psychology movement in the field of behavioral sales assessments with the publication of The Barnett Assessment of Sales Behaviors (SalesKey®).
Barnett's research challenged the notion that only personality factors are stable and predictable enough for study across time and occupations. His psychodynamic Four Levels Model was a breakthrough in the field of sales productivity and has more recently enabled not only the behavioral analysis of customer service, but also the exploration of the inherent relationships between sales and service in proactive business environments.
In addition to a Master's degree in counseling psychology, Dr. Barnett holds an earned doctorate in Organizational Management from McCormick Seminary at the University of Chicago. He completed a pre-law degree at Indiana University and has served on the faculty of several business universities.
Matthew Robinson ,CCO, is uniquely qualified to help sales organizations reduce turnover, improve selection, and generate verifiable results. Matt Robinson is recognized as a brilliant sales coach, valuable consultant to management teams and first rate motivational speaker and presenter. Dan Sinclair, EVP
Dan’s veins flow with multi-cultural blood, having been born and raised as an ex-pat in India.
Dan spent his first 20 years in business in the travel sector, specifically in the high-risk world of wholesale travel and charter airlines. His entrepreneurial drive and relational leadership style led him into senior executive roles in Operations and IT in a few large firms in the UK and Canada.
During this time he was instrumental is designing highly complex software applications within the travel industry. He also led collaborative multi-industry teams from HP, AT&T and the travel sector to define a new paradigm for delivering travel services directly to the end consumer.
Following the sale of his successful travel company, Dan co-founded a Canadian non-profit charity, plus a consulting firm specializing in leadership development and international advisory services, the latter specifically focusing on the burgeoning Indian call centre and ITES market.

Rob has coached thousands of leaders in a wide variety of environments. His global experience in coaching ‘executive leadership’, along with their respective teams, brings unique value and perspective to each training event.

Rob co-founded an international leadership development company in 2001 and also established a non-profit charity.
